A real person reads these. If a job failed, tell us the link you pasted or the file you uploaded and we will look at that job rather than send you a help article.
Before you write
- A failed job is usually worth a retry first. Most failures are transient and clear on the second attempt.
- Paste a link to one video, not a channel. A channel page has no single video to clip, so it cannot be imported.
- Billing is handled by Stripe. You can change or cancel your plan yourself from your subscription page.
